Dolores Erickson
is regarded as one
of the most notable and recognizable icons of the 1960's as a result of
her
famous pose as the cream-covered model for Herb Alpert's
"Whipped Cream & Other Delights" LP.
The model for an album cover considered by most vinyl
record collectors as possibly the most famous of all-time,
and currently an accomplished artist residing on the West Coast, she now
resides "on-line" at VinylTimes.com

following her appearance at

Since retiring from her
active modeling days, Dolores now is devoted
fulltime to artistic endeavors. Currently residing on the West
Coast,
she has gained a reputation as an accomplished impressionist artist.
The 30" x 30" acrylic-on-canvas work shown on the left
is one of several of her "self-portrait" pieces.
It's a one-of-a-kind original, hand-painted
by another one-of-a-kind original - Dolores Erickson.

Outtake Posters
During the 1965 photo shoot for the "Whipped Cream & Other
Delights" album cover, many photos were
taken. We are all quite familiar with one selected for the
famous cover. The ones shown here didn't quite make the cut but were given
to Dolores by the photographer. The color poster - new
item - features a pose
with her facing in the opposite direction from the LP
cover.
The B&W poster has Dolores sans
flower and with just a hint of a smile. Very nice. Both 13"X19" posters (on professional quality enhanced matte
paper) are personally autographed by Dolores.
They are both perfect for hard matting and/or framing and will adorn any
entertainment or activity room with style!
